Rocking The Rockies: Dark Star Orchestra Reveals Plans For 4th Of July Weekend 2024 Run

Tickets for all four shows are on sale now.

Dark Star Orchestra will return to Colorado for a series of four shows over the Fourth Of July Weekend. The Grateful Dead tribute act’s swing through the Centennial State includes stops in Vail, Bellvue, Denver and Boulder.

Up first for DSO is a performance at Vail’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater on Wednesday, July 3. The band then heads to Bellvue to play the scenic Mishawaka Amphitheatre on Thursday, July 4. Dark Star Orchestra continues the run at Levitt Pavilion in Denver on Friday, July 5 before closing the visit to Colorado with a show at the Boulder Theater on Saturday, July 6. Tickets are on sale now.


The Colorado excursion is currently slated to begin Dark Star Orchestra’s upcoming summer tour. While more dates will be announced, the trek includes a benefit concert celebrating the Rex Foundation's 40th anniversary at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, California on July 13. Melvin Seals and JGB are also aboard for the fundraiser.
