Cory Wong Shares ‘Santa Monica’ Demo Jam Featuring Tom Misch

Cory Wong unveiled video featuring an impromptu jam with Tom Misch. Wong dubbed the song “Santa Monica.”
Misch contributed to “Cosmic Sans,” a track featured on Cory Wong’s 2019 album, Motivational Music for the Syncopated Soul. The pair went on to compose “Santa Monica” in “two minutes” according to Wong. Cory promises a full version will surface “eventually.”

Here’s what Cory had to say about the impromptu jam:
after recording ‘cosmic sans’ for my album…
we didn’t wanna quit jamming…so we wrote this tune in 2 mins…
eventually we’ll get a full version together..
in the meantime. i’m posting this to YouTube just in case i drop my phone in a lake or something and need to remember this moment.
