CTS resumes the run on April 14 with shows in Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Boston. April 22 sees the band at the Stone Church in Brattleboro, Vermont followed by engagements in Fairfield, Connecticut and Albany, New York. Consider The Source wraps up the tour at City Winery in New York City on April 30.

CTS’s new album Hybrid draws its title from the band’s utilization of electric and acoustic instruments, the latter highlighted on the single “Rock, Flag & Eagle,” which, “is a song that takes influence from music from Kazakhstan and features the sounds of Dombra, Ukulele Bass, and Darbuka while combining them with a western harmonic and rhythmic sensibility,” press materials for the video noted. “Filmed on a rocky shore in Rhode Island by Kettlebottom Creative, this video highlights the earthy elements of the music at play.”
