Circles Around The Sun’s Hear Here Presents performance is available to view. The intimate session took place in Milwaukee on March, 25th 2022.
Circles Around The Sun — keyboardist Adam MacDougall, bassist Dan Horne, drummer Mark Levy and guitarist John Lee Shannon — kick off their Hear Here session with “Landline Memories,” which appears on the band’s 2020 self-titled album.

The quartet continued with a 14-minute “Scarlotta’s Magnolias,” one of the pieces the late Neal Casal and CATS created as set break music for the Grateful Dead’s Fare Thee Well concerts in 2015 and collected in their debut album, Interludes For The Dead. The band closed out the session with a new tune, “Language,” off their forthcoming album of the same name. As with the studio version, the live Hear Here rendition features harpist Mikaela Davis.
