Chris Thile Covers Radiohead & Elliott Smith

Chris Thile covered Radiohead as part of the MicroShow he performed for Minneapolis radio station The Current. The mandolin player and host of the Live From Here public radio program also covered Elliott Smith on a recent episode of the show.

Thile recorded his MicroShow set on August 27 while he was in the Twin Cities for a public radio conference. His performance at Fine Line in Minneapolis featured a cover of Radiohead’s “True Love Waits.” The set also included Punch Brothers, Goat Rodeo Sessions and Thile solo material, as well as a piece by Bach.
