Scott Law & Ross James’ Cosmic Twang played Phil Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, California on Thursday night. The band was joined by a number of guests including Black Crowes/CRB vocalist Chris Robinson.

Cosmic Twang first played a set with Pete Lavezzoli of Melvin Seals & JGB on drums and The Mother Hips’ Greg Loiacono on guitar. After a short setbreak, the band returned to the stage accompanied by Robinson. Chris led the band on Waylon Jennings’ “Only Daddy That’ll Walk The Line” and Jack Clement’s “Miller’s Cave.” Robinson and Loiacono then traded verses on Canned Heat’s “On The Road Again.” For the finale, Terrapin Family Band drummer Alex Koford stood in on backup vocals for a rendition of “Sin City” by The Flying Burrito Brothers.
