“It is a collaboration with my good friend, drummer, and visual artist Eric Hopper. Eric and I teamed up last year to record some cover songs that we loved, and what we came up with is a made-to-order spring mix tape which also includes a new song of my own, ‘Face of the Earth.'”

The album features the new track “Face Of The Earth” along with covers of Nick Drake’s “Pink Moon,” Paul McCartney’s “Junk” from his 1970 self-titled solo debut and “The Way It Is” from Gillian Welch’s 2011 LP The Harrow & The Harvest.
