Longtime Twiddle drummer Brook Jordan will show off a different side of musicality next month at Nectar’s. Jordan will perform his first headlining show as a solo artist at the legendary Burlington, Vermont venue on Thursday, April 3.

Brook Jordan stepped away from Twiddle in early 2022 to get treatment for substance abuse. Jordan decided to focus on his recovery rather than rejoin his bandmates on the road. Adrian Tramontanto held down the drum role in Twiddle through the end of 2023, when the quartet began an indefinite hiatus that continues through the present.

“Drawing from his catalogue of eclectic original tunes and covers, his live show takes you on a journey through despair and hope, through faith and love. With originals such as ‘Dusk ‘til Dawn’, ‘New Sun’, and ‘Drifter’, along with covers from artists such as Rayland Baxter, The 1975, and Greensky Bluegrass, his songs take you on a musical odyssey; there and back again,” reads a description of the show.
