Umphrey’s McGee guitarist Brendan Bayliss welcomed old friend and longtime Trey Anastasio Band member Jennifer Hartswick to join him as part of a special Wine Not livestream performance last year. Video featuring the pair’s take on “Jolene” by Dolly Parton has been shared on Umphrey’s McGee’s YouTube page and can be viewed below.

Parton penned “Jolene” as the title track for her 13th studio album. Jolene was released in February of 1974 after the song of the same name was issued as a single the previous October. The White Stripes, Grace Potter, Yonder Mountain String Band and Miley Cyrus are just a few of the many artists who have covered “Jolene” over the years.
