The Breckenridge Brewery Hootenanny returns in October for two days featuring acts “playing their most iconic albums in full.” The 2022 lineup for the annual celebration of craft beer and music at the Breckenridge Brewery Campus in Littleton, Colorado October 8 and 9 includes Railroad Earth, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Spin Doctors, Anders Osborne, Steve Poltz and Bill & Jilian Nershi.

Last held in 2019, the 2022 Hootenanny comes in honor of the brewery’s 32nd anniversary. Breckenridge Brewery, which takes its name from the mountain town where the brewery was founded, moved in 2015 to its current campus in Littleton.

Railroad Earth headlines the festivities on Saturday, October 8 with their first set devoted to the band’s 2001 debut studio album, The Black Bear Sessions, and a second set featuring a live performance of their latest LP, 2022’s All For The Song. Saturday’s action will also see Anders Osborne play his 2007 record, Coming Down, and Steve Poltz devote his set to a complete rendering of his 1998 solo debut album, One Left Shoe.

On Sunday, Colorado’s own Big Head Todd and the Monsters cap the day by playing 1993’s Sister Sweetly from front to back. Additionally, Spin Doctors present their 1991 debut LP, Pocket Full Of Kryptonite and Bill and Jilian Nershi revisit the 2020 live album, partNERSHIp.

The music runs from 1:30 – 7 p.m. each day. Local bands will play the event’s second stage. Outside the music, attendees can also enjoy rare tappings, food and beer pairings, life-size board games, local vendors and a Never Summer snowboard hill.
