The jam world is represented on the bill by Moonalice, Spin Doctors, Tea Leaf Green, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Blues Traveler and Moon Taxi. David Lowery will pull double duty, performing with both Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven. There’s also a slew of local bands on the lineup. “With a mixture of rock, alternative, hip-hop, bluegrass, country, urban and more plus the incredible food and wine partners that make BottleRock so unique, we’ve got something for everyone,” organizer David Graham of Latitude 38 Entertainment announced in a press release. “As we continue to announce artists, you will see many well-known names along with a full lineup of homegrown Bay Area and California-bred local artists. BottleRock is cultivating local talent while giving them a platform to a national audience.”
While the inaugural event lasted five days, this year’s festival is set for just three days. The Cure will headline on Friday, Outkast headlines on Saturday and Eric Church will close out the festival on Sunday night. BottleRock’s new team of organizers promise three days filled with music, wine and food. Three-day, VIP and Platinum Passes go on sale today.
