BoomBox, EOTO and Pretty Lights Respond to “Hamptonite” Cancelation with Free Tickets

EOTO
In light of the recent cancelation of “Hamptonite” (the after Phish shows previously scheduled to take place on March 6 & 7), BoomBox, EOTO and Pretty Lights have joined together to organize a free-ticket exchange for all ticket holders who lost money on their processing fees.

Beginning February 17, all ticket holders who can prove proof of purchase will be allotted a free replacement ticket to the show of their choice in 2009, for one of the three participating acts (festival and private dates excluded).

Organizers of the free ticket exchange have set up a dedicated fax line and email account for ticket holders to submit their proof of purchase for review. The ticket exchange ends at midnight on March 17 and all approved participants will be contacted after March 18 to be given the opportunity to select their replacement show (must be a published and scheduled date at the time of selection).

Also, for those who still wish to see EOTO after Phish, their performance has been moved to The NorVa with Bassnectar on March, 6 – however due to a change in venue, purchased tickets cannot be honored at the new location.

If you purchased tickets to either the March 6 or 7 “Hamptonite” shows and would like to receive free tickets to see BoomBox, EOTO or Pretty Lights in exchange for the lost processing fees, submit your proof of purchase to one of the following outlets:

Email: freetickets@client.tsunamipublicity.com
Fax: 866.540.0378
Offer ends at midnight on March, 17
