Blues Views & BBQ Festival Reveals 2016 Lineup

The 2016 Blues Views & BBQ Festival will be held September 3 – 4 at the Levitt Pavilion in Westport, Connecticut. Organizers of the ninth annual event have announced the lineup of musicians heading to downtown Westport this Labor Day Weekend.

This year’s Blues Views & BBQ music lineup includes Saturday, September 3 performances by The Funky Meters, Anders Osborne, Marc Broussard, Popa Chubby, Jay Stollman with Matt Schofield and The Mojomatics. The Saturday, September 4 slate of performers includes The Revivalists, Raw Oyster Cult, Walter Wolfman Washington, High & Mighty Brass Band, Jamie McLean Band and School of Rock All-Stars. Additionally, soon to be confirmed local Connecticut acts will play sets at the Jesup Jam stage.

Blues Views & BBQ will also offer family friendly activities like bouncy amusements, face painting and other games and activities. There will also bull riding, a BBQ marketplace, chef demos, a rib eating contest, pie eating contest and a people’s choice wing contest as well as the Kansas City BBQ Society BBQ Competition.
