Billy Strings Covers The Grateful Dead’s ‘Dire Wolf’ During Relix Session

Billy Strings covered the Grateful Dead’s “Dire Wolf” during his recent Relix Remote Session. The performance also saw Strings deliver an original from his 2019 album, Home.

“Dire Wolf” originally appears on the Grateful Dead’s 1970 album, Workingman’s Dead. For his Relix performance, Billy followed his own “Watch It Fall” with the classic Dead murder ballad.
