Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann‘s Billy & The Kids band confirmed a second “Dead On The Rocks” concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on Monday, July 12 featuring special guests Billy Strings and James Casey. The show on July 12th was added after tickets to the ensemble’s July 13th performance “sold out in seconds.”
Billy & The Kids features the drummer along with bassist Reed Mathis, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist Tom Hamilton and The Disco Biscuits keyboardist Aron Magner. The “Dead On The Rocks” shows are Billy & The Kids’ first public performances since a 2016 appearance at the Wanee Festival.

Tickets for the July 12th concert go on sale tomorrow (Thursday, June 17) at 10 a.m. MT via AXS.com.
