Banjo-playing husband/wife duo Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn recently issued their second collaborative album, Echo In The Valley. The couple performed a pair of songs from the record during a World Cafe Session performance for WXPN.
The session took place on November 16 at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia. A rendition of the album track “Take Me To Harlan” featured Fleck on banjo while Washburn provided lead vocals and tap dancing. Both played five-string banjo on a Washburn-sung arrangement of the Echo In The Valley tune “Over the Divide.”
