Beck & Elton John Among Those Covering Eagles Of Death Metal

In the wake of the tragic events that transpired at concert at Le Bataclan in Paris on November 13, the band asked fellow musicians to cover “I Love You All The Time” and promised to donate 100 percent of its publishing income to The Sweet Stuff Foundation, the non-profit organization founded in 2013 by EODM co-founder Joshua Homme to provide assistance to musicians and their families in times of need, as well as musical education and gear for the next generation. Participating artists were also asked to donate the money generated from sales of the song to the charity. Today, Eagles Of Death Metal have announced the release of the third wave of “I Love You All The Time” covers as part of the “Play It Forward” initiative.

The third round of “I Love You All The Time” covers includes takes on the song by Elton John, Beck with Strokes members Fabrizio Moretti and Nicki Valensi, Arcaves, Cecily Jones, Dukes Of New York, Chased By Karma, Faster Pussycat, Jenn Bostic, Loose Joints & Mystified, The Muffin Heads, New Town Kings, Rad Pitt, Slugwork, Stoppok and Sugarfoot. Donations are being accepted via the Play It Forward site.
