Barrier Brewing Co. Unveils Phishy Beer

Earlier today Barrier Brewing Co. out of Oceanside, NY announced a new beer that has a name that might intrigue Phish fans. The name of the beer is “BBHCFM,” aka Big Black Hoppy Creature From Mars, which we’d imagine is take on the Mike Gordon-penned “Big Black Furry Creature From Mars.”

The beer will be available at the company’s tasting room starting tomorrow at 4 p.m. ET. BBHCFM is described as, “an 11.1% Imperial Black Ale,” which the company notes is their strongest beer yet. Barrier Brewing Co. is located at 3001 New St in Oceanside, NY on Long Island.
