alt-J Performs With The Roots On ‘The Tonight Show’

Last night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon featured musical guests alt-J. The British rock trio was joined by members of the house band The Roots on a performance of a song from their forthcoming album RELAXER.

Canvasback Music will issue the Charlie Andrew-produced RELAXER on June 2. alt-J’s third studio album follows-up to 2014’s This Is All Yours and features eight new songs. Joe Newman, Gus Unger-Hamilton and Thom Green commissioned members of The Roots for a rendition of the LP’s second track, “In Cold Blood,” watch it here:
