80/35 Music Festival Announces Initial Lineup

The eighth annual 80/35 music festival will be held at Western Gateway Park in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11. Presented by U.S. Cellular, organizers have confirmed headliners Wilco and Weezer  among the initial lineup of acts.


Lettuce, Hot Buttered Rum, Jenny Lewis  and Cloud Nothings were also among the first 21 artists out of the eventual 50 revealed to be heading to Iowa this summer. The additional promised performers will be named next month. Organizers also announced the  Lagunitas Couchtrippin Lounge, pouring nine Lagunitas-brewed beers currently unavailable in the Hawkeye State.
