Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Announces 2025 Inductees

Outkast, The White Stripes and Soundgarden are among the members of the class of 2025 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductees. The announcement of this year’s class aired live on American Idol.

Additional 2025 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame induction class members include Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker and Cyndi Lauper. Furthermore, Salt N Pepa and Warren Zevon will receive the Musical Influence Award, while Thom Bell, Carole Kaye and Nicky Hopkins will be recognized with the Musical Excellence Award. Finally, DreamWorks Records co-founder Lenny Waronker will receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award.

Phish, The Black Crowes, Billy Idol, Oasis, Joy Division/New Order, Mariah Carey and Maná were among this year’s nominees. Eligibility requirements allow for nominations 25 years after an artist or band released their first commercial recording.

The 2025 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held in the fall in Los Angeles.
