Videos | Jam All-Stars Honor Lynyrd Skynyrd In Atlanta

An all-star lineup of musical talent spanning multiple genres came together at The Fox Theatre in Atlanta last night for “One More for The Fans! – Celebrating the Songs & Music of Lynyrd Skynyrd.” The near four-hour concert culminated with renditions of “Sweet Home Alabama” and “Freebird” featuring many of the evening’s performers, which included Gregg Allman, Peter Frampton, Gov’t Mule, Charlie Daniels, John Hiatt, moe., Alabama, Cheap Trick and Robert Randolph.

From the jam world, Gov’t Mule delivered “Simple Man,” moe. and John Hiatt teamed up for “The Ballad Of Curtis Loew,” Randolph showed off his skills on “You Got That Right” and Gregg Allman belted out “Tuesday’s Gone.” Other performances included Peter Frampton leading “Call Me The Breeze,” Trace Adkins singing “What’s Your Name,” Charlie Daniels and Donnie Van Zant teaming up for “Down South Jukin,” Blackberry Smoke taking on “Working For The MCA,” O.A.R.’s “Don’t Ask Me No Questions” and Jason Isbell delivering “I Know A Little.”

The concert was recorded for a future airing on AXS TV.
