The Americana Beer Fest will be held Saturday, June 11 at Morven Park in Leesburg, Virginia about an hour drive north of the Washington D.C. metro area. Founded by non-profit Brews for the Brave, Inc., the lineup for this year’s event mixing music and craft beers has been revealed.
Artists performing at the Americana Beer Fest will be Trampled by Turtles, Wild Child, Possessed by Paul James and Seth Stainbeck & Roosterfoot. They will be joined by local breweries such as Lost Rhino Brewing Company, Old Ox Brewery, Dirt Farm Brewing, Devils Backbone, Bold Rock, Heritage Brewing and Port City, among others.
“We started the Americana Beer Fest as a way to bring folks together to showcase the connection between the craft beer industry and the arts, and as an outlet to pay tribute to our veterans,” said Kristina Geske, creator of Americana Beer Fest. “This year’s festival will showcase the fine craft beer coming out of the DMV, and guests will enjoy a main stage chock full of great music from nationally-touring musicians, as well as unlimited samplings of more than 180 craft brews from area favorites.”

In addition to music and craft beer, the one-day festival will feature variety food trucks, a Game Zone for Grown Folks, a Comedy Stage and an Artisan Market. Tickets are on sale now via this link with portions going to the Boulder Crest Retreat, a nearby “wellness center dedicated to improving the physical, emotional, spiritual and economic well-being of combat veterans and their families.”
