Guitarist/vocalist Robben Ford bridges the gap between blues, jazz, and rock like no one else. His signature guitar sound has been featured with an incredible array of musicians, from blues legend Jimmy Witherspoon to jazz trumpeter Miles Davis. His eponymously named album, from 1978, was the catalyst in the formation of the long-running fusion group, The Yellowjackets. During the ‘90s, he led the popular blues trio, Blue Line. Ford’s most current CD, Keep On Running, touches on his early R&B influences.
