R2Hop2 Beer & Music Festival 2019

The Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company has begun the countdown to the 2019 R2Hop2 Beer & Music Festival. R2Hop2’s name is inspired by an original piece of equipment used at Fordham & Dominion. The machine, which closely resembles R2D2, has the job of dry hopping our beer. This technique adds hops to already fermented beer, supplementing its hoppy aroma just before packaging.
