About Lady Lazarus
Lady Lazarus is the solo project of Melissa Ann Sweat, a singer-songwriter, artist, poet, and creative writer from San Jose, Calif., who received breakthrough press and praise this year for her debut album, Mantic. Her expressive, emotional style hints at dream pop and alternative folk, phrased in thoughtful lyrics with a grand yet minimalistic edge.
