Carsie is a Philadelphia artist whose soulful, playful, intelligent music has won her recognition throughout the local scene. Since her move to Philadelphia in fall of 2006, Carsie has shared the stage with nationally and regionally hailed acts including Amos Lee, Nellie McKay, Leon Redbone and The Wood Brothers, and has played at the World Cafe in Philadelphia, Club Passim in Cambridge, the Birchmere in Alexandria, and live on WXPN in Philadelphia and WOR in New York.
