Yonder Mountain String Band Cancels Winter Tour Dates Due To COVID-19

While the dates will be rescheduled, refunds will be issued via point of purchase.

Yonder Mountain String Band canceled 10 winter tour dates after a member of their touring party tested positive for COVID-19. The jamgrass quintet scrapped dates beginning last night in Boise, Idaho and continuing through a show originally planned for Flagstaff, Arizona on February 6.

“Nobody wanted this tour to happen more than us but we need to put the health and safety of the fans, venue staff, and crew first,” wrote YMSB in a note posted to their social feeds. “Our team is working tirelessly to get new plans in place so please stay tuned for more info regarding rescheduled dates.”

Refunds for YMSB shows initially slated to take place in Boise (January 27), Seattle (January 28), Portland (January 29), Bellingham (January 30), Arcata (February 1), San Francisco (February 2), Nevada City (February 3), Solana Beach (February 4), Tempe (February 5) and Flagstaff (February 6) will be issued at the point of purchase.

Yonder Mountain String Band will return to the road in Denver on February 24. A new studio album entitled Get Yourself Outside drops the next day on Friday, February 25.
