Yonder Mountain String Band Shares ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ Gondola Session

In June, Yonder Mountain String Band was among the acts who performed at the 43rd Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Telluride, Colorado. While in town for the fest, Yonder recorded a song as they rode in the Telluride Mountain Village gondola and they’ve shared footage from their musical trip down the mountain.

The five-piece and their instruments squeezed together for the tightly-fit Gondola Session. Together, guitarist Adam Aijala, bassist Ben Kaufmann, banjoist Dave Johnston, fiddler Allie Kral and mandolinist Jacob Jolliff worked up a cover of “Dancing In The Moonlight” by King Harvest.
