Yola Covers Elton John On ‘Kimmel’

Yola was the musical guest on Wednesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. The British singer-songwriter performed a song from her Dan Auerbach-produced debut solo album, Walk Through Fire, and covered Elton John.

Yola, who was recently nominated for several Grammy Awards including Best New Artist, performed the Walk Through Fire track “Faraway Look.” The vocalist also performed a cover of Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.” Yola included her John-approved cover as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of the album.
