Yola Performs On ‘CBS Mornings’

Yola appeared on CBS Mornings Saturday Sessions. The singer-songwriter offered tracks from her 2021 album, Stand For Myself, for the morning music program.

Stand For Myself arrived on July 30, 2021 and garnered the English artist a Grammy nomination for Best Americana Album. Yola’s Saturday Session performance saw the singer-songwriter and her band performing from the historic Lincoln Theater in Washington D.C. in support of Stand For Myself.

Yola’s Saturday Session featured three cuts from the LP including the title track, “Diamond Studded Shoes” and “Great Divide.” Yola also appeared in a CBS segment tracing the history of D.C.’s Lincoln Theater as the venue marks 100 years.
