Wu-Tang Clan Announces North American Dates For Final Tour

Run the Jewels will open each of the dates confirmed thus far for the Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber tour.

Wu-Tang Clan will say farewell to the road with their biggest headlining excursion. The legendary hip-hop act confirmed 27 North American dates for their Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber tour, which is set to hit arenas and amphitheaters across the U.S. and Canada this summer.

Billed as “the start of their final tour,” the trek will feature all surviving members — RZA, GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, U-God and Masta Killaas per the New York Times. Cappadonna and Young Dirty Bastard will also perform with Wu-Tang Clan who tapped Run The Jewels to open.

“This is a special moment for me and all my Wu brothers to run around the globe together one more time and spread the Wu swag, music, and culture,” RZA said in a statement. “Most importantly, to touch our fans and those who have supported us throughout the years. On this tour, we’re playing songs we’ve never played before to our audience, and me and our production team have designed a Wu-Tang show unlike anything you’ve ever seen. And to top it off we’ve got the amazing Run the Jewels on our side.”

The tour begins on June 6 in Baltimore and continues on June 7 in Raleigh (North Carolina). June brings shows in Tampa (Florida) on June 10, Atlanta on June 11, Fort Worth (Texas) on June 13, Houston on June 14, Austin on June 15, and Tulsa (Oklahoma) on June 16.

Wu-Tang Clan then heads west with performances in Phoenix on June 18, Ontario (California) on June 20, San Diego on June 21, and Los Angeles on June 22. The tour continues in San Francisco on June 24, Sacramento on June 26, and Seattle on June 28. June wraps up with a show in Vancouver on June 30.

The July leg begins in Portland (Oregon) on July 1 and Greenwood Village (Colorado) on July 4. The group then visits Chicago on July 7, Detroit on July 8, and Columbus (Ohio) on July 9. East coast stops include Boston on July 11, Laval (Quebec) on July 13, and Toronto on July 14. The tour concludes with shows in New York City on July 16, Newark (New Jersey) on July 17, and Philadelphia on July 18.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 28 starting at 10 a.m. local time.
