Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson & Micah Nelson Share ‘My Tears Fall’ Video

Iconic outlaw country figure Willie Nelson is teaming up with his sons Lukas Nelson and Micah Nelson to release a collaborative album titled Willie Nelson And The Boys (Willie’s Stash Vol. 2) this Friday. A video featuring the Nelsons performing a cover of Alyssa Miller’s “My Tears Fall” from the LP has been shared.

Willie’s longtime collaborator Buddy Cannon produced Willie Nelson And The Boys, which comes on the heels of 2014’s December Day (Willie’s Stash Vol. 1) featuring Willie’s sister Bobbie Nelson. The new LP finds the 84-year-old patriarch and his sons performing with harmonica wiz Mickey Raphael, bassist Kevin “Swine” Grantt, axeman Bobby Terry, keyboardist Jim “Moose” Brown, steel guitarist Mike Johnson and drummer Tony Creasman. Upright bassist Barry Bales and drummer Lonnie Wilson also contributed.

The Nelsons laid down covers of songs written by Hank Cochran, Hank Locklin, Hank Snow, Fred Rose and Miller at Austin’s Pedernales Recording Studio. Check out the official video for “My Tears Fall”:
