Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon featured a musical bit performed by the show’s host Jimmy Fallon. The skit saw Fallon performing a classic song by Journey while being heckled by Will Ferrell.
Named “Peter and His Heckler,” the silly segment began with Fallon portraying “Peter” and singing the Journey hit “Don’t Stop Believin,’” while Ferrell heckled from a seat in the audience. The bombardment of insults continued throughout Peter’s performance, which according to a caption led him to quit music (to pursue a karate career), but not before selling the song to Journey.
