Wilco are bringing back their Winterlude run for the first time in five years this December with a major twist. While each multi-night stand will still feature no openers or repeats, the shows FKA as Winterlude will take place outside of Chicago.
Jeff Tweedy & Co. will host FKA Winterlude concerts in Austin, Tulsa and St. Paul spanning December 5 – 15. Wilco starts December 5 – 7 at Austin’s ACL Live at The Moody Theater and then hits Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa December 10 – 11. The run will end with a three-night stand at St. Paul’s Palace Theatre December 13 – 15.

The Winterlude tradition unofficially dates back to 2011, when Wilco played five different Chicago venues between December 12 and 18. Winterlude was first used as a name and unique setlists were played during a six-night December 2014 residency at the Riviera Theatre. Wilco last revived Winterlude for a four-show run at The Chicago Theatre December 15 – 19, 2019.
Presale tickets will be available using the password HOTSUN starting tomorrow (Wednesday, September 11) at 10 a.m. CT. General on-sales follow this Friday, September 13 at 10 a.m. CT.
