Wilco Announces Winter Tour

The year 2015 has been an interesting one for Wilco. Jeff Tweedy and Co. not only played about three times more shows this year than they did in 2014, but they also shocked and awed fans with the surprise release of a new studio album. What will 2016 hold for Wilco? Today we have our first look as the band has just announced a Winter Tour.

The tour begins in Pittsburgh as they play Benedum Center on January 25. From there, the group visits Burlington, Vermont; Portland, Maine; Boston; New Haven; Brooklyn; Washington, DC; Norfolk and Atlanta before they bring the tour to a close at Berglund Arts Theatre in Roanoke, Virginia on February 13. William Tyler, Bill Frisell, Girlpool and Steve Gunn are aboard to open select shows.

A pre-sale begins tomorrow (Wednesday, October 14) before the public on-sales Friday.
