By Andy Kahn Jun 3, 2016 3:00 pm PDT

Longtime Widespread Panic on stage sign language interpreter Edie Jackson was profiled on NBC’s Today show. The segment on the morning program also featured WSP frontman John Bell during the profile of Jackson.

Jackson and Bell reveal a request nine years ago from a hearing-impaired fan for a sign language interpreter before a Panic show at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver was the start to their long running onstage relationship. The profile shows JB and Jackson going over the setlist before the recent WSP concert held on April 22 at North Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, South Carolina, reviewing the lyrical content of the songs planned for the evening.
