Georgia rockers Widespread Panic will return to Mud Island Amphitheater in Memphis this summer. The band has confirmed a pair of shows to be held June 29 and 30.
Widespread Panic made their Mud Island debut on July 17, 1993 as part of the second annual H.O.R.D.E. Festival. The sextet continued regular stops at the venue each summer through 1999. Panic came back for two shows in 2005, one in 2008 and a June 18th, 2016 appearance at Mud Island. This year’s run is currently slated to follow three shows at Red Rocks the previous weekend.
