A few weeks back, JamBase devoted Full Show Friday to a 2006 performance from Ween that hit the internet as part of a flood of Ween videos uploaded to YouTube. YouTuber The Stallion Mang has continued to upload videos to the site at a fast and furious pace and one of the latest batches focuses on 2003. Two of the clips recently shared are record store performances that took place in Toronto and Minneapolis.
First up is Dean Ween, Gene Ween, Dave Dreiwitz, Claude Coleman Jr. and Glenn McClelland performing at Electric Fetus Records in Minneapolis on July 29, 2003. Ween worked through eight songs during the in-store appearance. Later that night, the group played the famed First Avenue club. Watch the Electric Fetus set:

Finally, on November 3, 2003 Ween played the HMV location in Toronto ahead of a performance at Kool Haus. Deaner and Gener went acoustic for the five-song set. Up first was “Don’t Shit Where You Eat,” which was followed by “Chocolate Town,” “Tried & True” and “Pandy Fackler.” For the finale, Ween ended the set with “Birthday Boy.” Of note was a juicy fuckup in “Tried & True,” but the quintet retried the Quebec gem for the audience.
