Webisode | Behind The Tune – Widespread Panic Saint Ex

In 2010 Widespread Panic released their latest studio album, Dirty Side Down, which contains a hard-driving rocker called “Saint Ex” sung passionately by John Bell. The song has become a staple of the band’s live shows and today our friends at MoBoogie have shared a webisode detailing the story behind “Saint Ex.”

Bell recounts how Antoine de Saint Exupery’s The Little Prince is at the heart of his lyrics for the song, while Jimmy Herring provided the basics of the music. Check out Behind The Tune -Saint Ex:
