Waxahatchee Shares New Single ‘Can’t Do Much’ & Performs For The Bridge

Waxahatchee, singer-songwriter Katie Crutchfield, shared a new single, “Can’t Do Much.” The song appears on Waxahatchee’s upcoming new album, Saint Cloud, which she further previewed during a live session at The Bridge radio station in Kansas City.

Merch Records will release Saint Cloud on March 27. The 11-track album was produced by Brad Cook with sessions held at Sonic Ranch in Tornillo, Texas and at Long Pond in Stuyvesant, New York. Crutchfield tracked the album with multi-instrumentalist Josh Kaufman, drummer Nick Kinsey and Bonny Doon guitarists Bobby Colombo and Bill Lennox.

Crutchfield performed solo during her 909 In Studio session for 90.9 FM radio station in Kansas City. The set included “Can’t Do Much,” as well as Saint Cloud singles, “Fire” and “Lilacs.” Check out the “Can’t Do Much” video and session recorded in TV Studio A at KCPT below:
