Jamgrass act Yonder Mountain String Band continued fall tour on Sunday night at Lee’s Palace in Toronto. The five-piece’s performance included a recently debuted cover of Edgar Winter Band’s iconic hit “Frankenstein.”

YMSB totally reworked the instrumental from the original version found on Edgar Winter Group’s 1973 album They Only Come Out At Night as drums are the focus of part of the song, while Yonder’s lineup doesn’t include a drummer. The quintet unveiled the cover on Halloween in Lexington, Kentucky along with “Don’t Fear The Reaper” and “Werewolves Of London.”
