Dave Matthews Band concluded their 2019 Labor Day Weekend run at The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington on Sunday with help from trumpeter Joe Fotheringham and Gov’t Mule guitarist Warren Haynes. The concert also featured a guest spot from Dave Matthews with Mule.

Mule’s support set on Sunday at The Gorge saw Matthews add to “Forsaken Savior,” a song Dave sang on the special guest-edition of Gov’t Mule’s 2013 album, Shout!. DMB then delivered a 20-song, career-spanning performance. The band threw in a number of treats including the now rare “Lie In Our Graves,” the tour debut of “Proudest Monkey” and the “Back In Black/Stayin’ Alive” mashup debuted at SPAC earlier this summer.

Fotheringham emerged towards the middle of the set to augment DMB on trumpet for “She.” A few songs later, Haynes came out for his second sit-in of the weekend. This time around Warren teamed with the septet on “#41.” The guitarist last performed “#41” with Dave Matthews Band in 2011.
