Warren Haynes Cancels Paris Performance

Guitarist Warren Haynes has announced the cancellation of his planned concert in Paris. The Ashes & Dust Tour stop slated for Sunday, November 15 will not take place in response to the terrorist attacks in Paris.

Haynes and the Ashes & Dust Band featuring ChessBoxer and drummer Jeff Sipe will no longer appear tomorrow at Café de la Danse. More information regarding ticket refunds is expected soon. Haynes posted the following message to his Facebook page:

Tomorrow night’s show in Paris has unfortunately been cancelled. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of France.

U2 and Foo Fighters also postponed their scheduled concerts in Paris in response to the tragic events in the French city.
