Warren Haynes Appears On SportsCenter

While we’re used to seeing Warren Haynes perform in a variety of settings with a variety of people, even we were surprised to see him on ESPN’s SportsCenter last night. Haynes visited the long-running sports program on Tuesday night as part of his trip to Los Angeles in support of Ashes & Dust.

The guitarist began his time in Los Angeles on Monday by performing on Conan with the Ashes & Dust Band. Then, on Tuesday, Haynes was the focus of a discussion and performance at the Grammy Museum. After that, Warren went to the L.A. studios of SportsCenter where he both jammed on the program’s theme song and played a version of “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” as the soundtrack for World Series highlights.
