The War On Drugs Performs Live For NPR, CBS & WFUV

The War On Drugs recently recorded live sessions featuring songs from the band’s just-released new album, I Don’t Live Here Anymore. The band led by frontman/guitarist Adam Granduciel played an NPR Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, appeared on this weekend’s Saturday Sessions segment on CBS This Morning and performed live for New York Public radio station WFUV.
Joining Granduciel for each of the three sessions were bassist Dave Hartley, guitarist Anthony LaMarca, saxophonist Jon Natchez, keyboardist Robbie Bennett and drummer Charlie Hall. The band played the album’s single “Change” at all three sessions. The Tiny Desk set also featured the title track, “I Don’t Wanna Wait” and “Old Skin.”
Both CBS and WFUV also presented performances of “Old Skin” and “Occasional Rain,” the latter featuring an additional live version of “I Don’t Live Here Anymore.” Watch the three live The War On Drugs sessions below:
