Vulfpeck’s Theo Katzman Shares New Single From Upcoming Solo Album

Multi-instrumentalist member of Vulfpeck, Theo Katzman has shared a new single from his forthcoming sophomore solo album Heartbreak Hits, due out next January. The singer-songwriter has shared the track “Hard Work,” which appears on the follow-up to his 2011 LP Romance Without Finance.

Katzman is joined on the single by his band mate in the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based funk act bassist Joe Dart, as well as Lee Pardini on Wurlitzer electric piano and Mike G and Laura Mace on omni backing vocals. Described as “A rock and roll song about the temptation of blame, self-pity, and righteous anger in the wake of romantic heartbreak,” stream “Hard Work” here:
