Video Premiere | Go By Ocean – Whatcha Know About It

On May 20 Bay Area favorites Go By Ocean will release their debut album, Paper Thin Hotel, in a variety of formats. The album, which is currently available for pre-order, was produced by local legends Tim Bluhm of The Mother Hips and David Simon-Baker (Los Lobos, Jackie Greene and ALO). Last week we debuted the official video for “Get You Down” off Paper Thin Hotel and today we’re pleased to premiere the video for “Whatcha Know About It” off the LP.

The video for “Whatcha Know About It” features behind-the-scenes footage of Go By Ocean tracking Paper Thin Hotel at San Francisco’s Mission Bells Studios and gives another taste of what fans can expect from the group’s debut effort. Video production comes courtesy of Fast Atmosphere. Take a look:

Paper Thin Hotel features Danny Eisenberg on keys and includes guest appearances by Tim & Nicki Bluhm and Dan Lebowitz (ALO). Go By Ocean will celebrate Paper Thin Hotel with a show at The Chapel in San Francisco on May 16. Tickets are available via the venue’s website.
