Vampire Weekend Covers The Doors’ ‘Peace Frog’

Vampire Weekend covered The Doors’ “Peace Frog” on Saturday night. The debut performance took place during the band’s concert at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Vampire Weekend recently released their fourth studio album, Father Of The Bride and they fit 11 of the record’s 18 tracks into the show in Charlotte. Saturday’s Vampire Weekend setlist also included the tour’s first “California English” and the encore featured requested offerings of “Ottoman” and “The Kids Don’t Stand a Chance.” Watch frontman Ezra Koenig lead the group’s debut cover of “Peace Frog” via MakeMusicHappen below:
