Umphrey’s McGee Shares UMBowl Explainer Video

Umphrey’s McGee will host their annual UMBowl VII interactive concert event at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on May 6. Now in its seventh year, UMBowl offers fans a chance to interact with the band in many ways, while integrating into the sextet’s live performance. If you’ve ever wonder what exactly goes down at the perennial event, UM has shared a new video laying out the experience.

Umphrey’s will stick around Vegas for a second “regular” two-set show at Brooklyn bowl on May 7, but on Friday, May 6 UM will present four “quarters” of music, each with a different fan-driven set of parameters for song selection and improvisation. The basics of each quarter and the overall concept of the interactive concert are laid out in the just released video which can be seen below:
